Welcome to The Small Church Podcast, where we explore the unique challenges and opportunities faced by those leading small churches. We will discuss topics like building community, fostering spiritual growth, managing finances, and navigating relationships within the church.
Our guests include small church leaders who share their insights and wisdom, as well as experts in relevant fields who provide practical advice. Our goal is to equip and encourage pastors, leaders, and volunteers in their roles, and to provide actionable strategies and ideas that can be implemented in any small church.
Higher Ministries offers a wide range of services for the local church. Team development, long range planning, ministry health and effectiveness analysis are just a few our specialties. Our Church Advancement Program specializes in helping smaller congregations become most effective for their communities.
Higher Ministries provides an avenue for ministers and their families to meet with a personal mentor or coach within the strict guidelines of confidentiality. Regular sessions facilitate trust, understanding, and accountability which are necessary for sustaining long-term, fruitful ministries.
