Services We Offer
HIGHER Ministries serves the diverse needs of full and part-time Christian workers in a variety of roles. Church staffs, Christian school personnel, parachurch organizations and lay leaders within the institutions served by them all benefit from working with HIGHER Ministries.
HIGHER Ministries strives for exactly what our name implies;to assist Christian workers and organizations raise the bar in personal and corporate endeavors. and to provide support, coaching, renewal and encouragement leading to exciting and rewarding ministries.
We do this through several approaches:
Sabbaticals/Renewal -
Individual and family "retreat" housing in relaxed and comfortable settings supported by minimal contact with a coach. Activities are designed for rest, relaxation, personal spiritual exploration and renewal.
Mentoring/Coaching-
Regular face to face, telephone and e-mail contact with a personal coach or mentor for support,encouragement, accountability and restoration.
Retreats-
A number of individual, couples, team and corporate retreats are held each year on a variety of topics and in various locations.
Organizational Development-
Seminars and workshops are held throughout the year on various practical subjects. Personalized sessions are conducted to address specific needs of organizations upon request.
