Many times the greatest answer to the burdens of ministry is rest. A time to step out of your daily surroundings and escape to a place where you can be refreshed, renewed and restored. Situated on two lakefront acres in the heart of the Smokey Mountains is the HIGHER Ministries retreat. Available year a round the retreat offers serenity and sanctuary for ministers and their families. Complete with coaching sessions and activities designed to help pastors in times of crisis including, marriage troubles, personal issues, career crossroads, burnout, and more. Whether you need a place to process the rigors of life with one of our coaches or just need a place to sabbatical, the retreat is the perfect place to connect with yourself, your family, and your God.
