Mentoring/Coaching
Many Christian leaders and especially those in full-time Christian service, often feel isolated and alone trying to carry the burdens of their congregation while attempting to juggle family and church responsibilities.They feel held to a higher standard than others but unable to ask for help when they feel life getting out of control. Admitting to family concerns, financial difficulties, confidence problems and especially to an addiction or a crisis of faith, is perceived as tantamount to professional suicide. HIGHER Ministries provides an avenue for ministers and their families to meet with a personal mentor or coach within the strict guidelines of confidentiality. Regular sessions facilitate trust, understanding and accountability which are necessary for sustaining long-term fruitful ministries.
